Description
This TiAL BOV hose kit with blow-off valve replaces the original rubber hoses in the supercharger air system of the affected Sea-Doo models. The multi-layer reinforced silicone hoses are designed to limit pressure bulging, improve throttle response, and offer increased resistance to heat and bursting compared to the original flexible hoses. Their rated supercharger pressure is 40 PSI. The kit is compatible with OEM and RIVA intercoolers, subject to proper vehicle installation.
It includes the hoses, connection fittings, BOV valve, and aircraft-quality non-perforated clamps. These clamps are designed to reinforce connections, limit hose slippage, and reduce the risk of supercharger leaks. The intercooler is not included. Suitable for Rotax 1503 and Rotax 1630 engines; however, the kit selection must match the exact vehicle installation. No OEM part numbers are provided.
The TiAL blow-off valve releases unwanted pressure when the throttle is released. According to the provided specifications, it helps improve compressor reliability and operation, reduce clutch and gear wear, and limit heat buildup in the outlet pipe.

⚠️ Always check your serial number (VIN) and original OEM part number before ordering to confirm exact compatibility with your model.
Why Replace the Hoses and BOV Valve?
A deteriorated hose or defective valve can compromise the sealing or operation of the supercharger system. Multi-layer hoses limit deformation under pressure, while the BOV valve releases excess pressure when the throttle is released to reduce stress on the compressor. A diagnosis is necessary before replacement, especially in the presence of power loss.
- Cracked, deformed, or deteriorated hoses at the fittings
- Identified air leak in the system
- Confirmed valve malfunction during diagnosis
- Damaged connections or fasteners
Check the hoses, connections, and valve during maintenance and before seasonal recommissioning. Replace defective components and check the sealing after intervention, according to the manufacturer's and kit manufacturer's recommendations.
