Why Replace the Cylinder Head Gasket?

The cylinder head gasket is subjected to extreme thermal and mechanical stress with each engine cycle. Overheating, insufficient tightening, or simply wear and tear from hours of use can cause it to fail, leading to serious consequences for the engine.
