Why replace the magneto stator?

The stator is subjected to intense thermal cycles and humidity. Over time, the winding can degrade, causing internal short circuits or a loss of charge. Here are the common symptoms of a failing stator:

Engine that doesn't start or stalls after a few minutes
Misfires at high RPM
Battery no longer recharging while riding
Absence of voltage measured at the stator output (multimeter test)
Burning smell or signs of overheating on the winding
