Highlights

1. Multifunction Measurement – External, Internal, Depth

A single tool for all common measurements: external diameters of parts, internal diameters of housings, depths of grooves or holes. Essential for diagnosing and checking mechanical parts.

2. Zero-Setting at Any Position

The zero-setting function (digital versions) allows direct measurement of dimensional differences, without calculation. A valuable time-saver in the workshop or during on-board diagnostics.

3. Compact and Lightweight – 57 g, Always Within Reach

Only 57 g for 245 mm length: this caliper slips into a coverall pocket or an onboard toolkit. Always available for a quick check at the dock or at sea.

Use and Maintenance

  1. Getting started: Insert an LR44/SR44 1.5 V battery (digital versions). Close the jaws and press ZERO to initialize.
  2. External measurement: Place the part between the large jaws and read the displayed value.
  3. Internal measurement: Insert the small jaws into the bore and spread until contact.
  4. Depth measurement: Use the depth rod at the end of the rule.
  5. Locking: Tighten the side screw to freeze the measurement before reading or transferring.
  6. Maintenance: Wipe with a dry cloth after use. Avoid excessive moisture on digital versions.

⚠️ Analog version: no LCD screen, direct reading on the graduated scale — no battery needed. ⚠️ Slight color difference possible depending on lighting conditions. Measurement tolerance: ±1–2 mm.

Measure with precision, intervene with confidence: this digital caliper is the essential measuring tool for any serious marine workshop.
